Some days are simply meant to be remembered, and the recent Winnsboro Chamber of Commerce Car Show was one of them. While the skies were cloudy, and the weather was far kinder than the hot, sunny day of the Big Wheel Bash, the excitement in downtown Winnsboro was just as strong.

A Day with Fellow Classics
The streets filled with cars of every make and model, from gleaming modern rides to timeless classics. It was the perfect setting for Woody—the 1931 Ford Model A Station Wagon from Oaklea Mansion—to roll in and join the lineup. Surrounded by polished chrome, bright paint jobs, and the sound of engines humming, Woody stood proud as a piece of Winnsboro’s living history.
Woody Wins a Top Spot
The day was already special just being part of the show, but things got even better when the judges announced Woody as one of the Top Ten Winners! To be recognized among so many beautiful and powerful cars was truly an honor. Woody may not be the fastest or the flashiest, but his history, craftsmanship, and charm continue to win hearts wherever he goes.

More Than Just a Car Show
Events like the Chamber of Commerce Car Show are about more than horsepower and shine—they’re about community. Families strolled the streets, children gazed at the cars with wide-eyed wonder, and car enthusiasts swapped stories. For Oaklea Mansion, it was another chance to share Woody’s story and remind visitors of the heritage that makes Winnsboro special.
Looking Ahead
With another trophy to showcase and more memories made, Woody’s adventure continues. We’re grateful to the Winnsboro Chamber of Commerce for hosting such a wonderful event and for including Oaklea’s Woody Wagon among the winners. Days like this remind us that history isn’t just something to read about—it’s something you can still see, touch, and celebrate.
